How can I take a good photo for my pet portrait?

To capture the best photo for your pet portrait, follow these guidelines:

  • Find a well-lit area without any shadows.
  • Take the photo from the front, up close, at your pet's eye level, capturing their entire face and chest. It's even better if they can look directly at the camera.

Do you create portraits for all kinds of animals?

We don't discriminate – we adore all animals and can create custom portraits for almost any species! So far, we've worked our magic on dogs, cats, birds, horses, and even pigs!

Can I include multiple pets in my portrait?

Absolutely! We have a variety of designs that cater to multiple pets. Just upload a picture featuring more than one pet, and we'll create a portrait that captures their unique bond.

Can I have the portrait without my pet's name?

Of course! We appreciate sleek and modern design just as much as you do. If you prefer a portrait without your pet's name, simply leave the name input box empty when placing your order.

What are the dimensions of your posters and frames?

We offer a range of print sizes to suit your preferences. Here are the available print sizes we provide:

What frames do you use?

We ship internationally, and we provide tracking for every order, regardless of the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, but most orders are delivered within 1-5 days. In rare cases, it may take an additional 1-3 days for your package to arrive.

What are your estimated shipping times?

Will all my orders arrive together?

Our goal is to deliver all your ordered items together. However, in some cases, when you've placed a multi-product order, certain items may be completed earlier than others. In such instances, we ship those items separately so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, absolutely! We provide tracking for all orders. You'll receive a tracking number, along with updates on your delivery, via email and/or text.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping. However, we strive to ship all our products as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive your pet portrait promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my pet portrait if I'm not satisfied?

Absolutely! If you're not completely happy with your pet portrait for any reason, you can return it for free, no questions asked.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in securely packaging our items, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@thepetpaintery.com, and include photos of the damage. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
