To capture the best photo for your pet portrait, follow these guidelines:
- Find a well-lit area without any shadows.
- Take the photo from the front, up close, at your pet's eye level, capturing their entire face and chest. It's even better if they can look directly at the camera.

Of course! We appreciate sleek and modern design just as much as you do. If you prefer a portrait without your pet's name, simply leave the name input box empty when placing your order.

Returns & Refunds
Absolutely! If you're not completely happy with your pet portrait for any reason, you can return it for free, no questions asked.
We take great care in securely packaging our items, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@thepetpaintery.com, and include photos of the damage. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
